For agencies · White-label
A senior React and accessibility developer on your bench.
For when you have more work than people. I turn your designs into production React, fix apps your clients built with AI tools, and make builds pass WCAG 2.2 AA. Your brand, your client relationship.
Your first job: one client site, audited under your brand in 48 hours
The same WCAG 2.2 AA audit I sell to shops for €1,500, white-labelled for one of your clients, so you can judge my work on a real project before booking more.
- Up to 10 page templates, including the checkout or main form, tested with keyboard and screen reader as well as automated tools.
- A plain-language fix list ranked by impact, with your logo and no mention of me, plus a draft accessibility statement.
- Delivered within 48 hours of payment and access. A re-check of the fixed pages is included.
- Paid up front by card through Stripe, so there's no invoice to chase. EU agencies can add their VAT number at checkout.
No call needed. Send the client site and you'll get the scope in writing and a payment link by the end of the next working day. After that, the same quality on a day rate or a fixed price.
How it works
Under your brand
No contact with your client unless you want it. I'm happy to sign your NDA, and I won't list the work anywhere without your permission.
Your files in, tested code out
Figma or Penpot designs in; React and TypeScript out, in your repo or handed over clean, with tests on the flows I touch and a short handover note.
Accessibility included
Every build is checked against WCAG 2.2 AA, automated and by keyboard, which matters now the European Accessibility Act applies to your clients' shops.
Clear pricing
€500 a day, or a fixed price per project. Start with one client audit for €750 so you can judge the quality first.
Work agencies hand over
Designs into production React
Marketing sites, app screens and design systems turned into reusable components that match the design to the pixel.
Rescuing AI-built apps
Your client built it in Lovable, Bolt, v0 or Cursor and it's stuck. I find what's broken and fix it at a fixed price. Example teardown.
Accessibility audits and fixes
WCAG 2.2 AA audits with a plain-language fix list you can put your own logo on, and the fixes themselves. Example: a bakery checkout.
How I work, in numbers
In the Crumbwell teardown I took a bakery's online checkout, redesigned it in Penpot and fixed it test-first: a €42 cake that could be bought for one cent now costs €42, order links no longer expose other customers, accessibility went 78 to 100 and phone performance 75 to 99. There's a 3-minute video of the whole fix.
In the Classly teardown I took a booking app built the way AI tools often leave them and fixed it in separate, reviewable commits: 5 security holes to 0, accessibility 54 to 100, WCAG issues 23 to 0, and page weight 6.6 MB to 156 KB, measured before and after with Lighthouse and axe-core. The code is public on GitHub, so you can judge it yourself.
I've been building for the web for more than 15 years, and I also built AccessBridge, a WCAG checking tool. More about me at kevinmccalley.com.
Questions
Where are you, and what hours do you work?
Lourinhã, near Lisbon, on Portugal's time zone (the same as the UK and Ireland). My hours overlap with the rest of Europe and with the US East Coast mornings.
Do you need a call to start?
No. Send the site or the brief and you'll get a written scope and a fixed price by the end of the next working day. Most work runs on a written brief, shared links and short recorded walkthroughs. I'm glad to have a call once a job is booked.
How do I pay?
Fixed-price jobs, including the first audit, are paid up front by card through a Stripe link. Day-rate work is billed weekly, payable within 14 days. EU agencies can add their VAT number at checkout.
Who owns the code?
Your agency, or your client, as you prefer. It lives in your repository, and nothing stays locked to me.
